Unprofessional staff behavior. Patients wait while emergency room staff spend time to take frequent breaks. As a result wait time is un reasonably long. Restructure this hospital, please.

They don't care if they give the elderly their medication, My dad came home with an IV in his arm under a bandage! They use nurses to medically evaluate a patient for release instead of a doctor....
