The Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country offers outdoor recreation programs for people with disabilities. The association provides case management, early intervention and public education options. It manages the CP Family Health Care Center, which offers dental and physical therapy services. The CP Family Health Care Center maintains locations in St. Lawrence, Clinton and Franklin counties in New York. The center provides orthopedic evaluation and diagnosis for children, as well as medication management and foot care services. In addition, the association offers day and residential habilitation solutions. The Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country provides waiver respite and individualized support services.

St. Joseph s Home is a nonprofit, nursing care facility. It provides medical, nursing, rehabilitation, spiritual and support services to senior citizens. The center is licensed by the New York State Department of Health and is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ogdensburg. Its residential care services include physical therapy, therapeutic recreation, clinical nutrition, social work and pastoral care. The nursing home also provides support services, such as housekeeping, laundry, hairdressing, shopping service, maintenance, food services and transportation. The center is also a member of the New York State Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. St. Joseph s Home was founded in 1886 and is located in Ogdensburg, N.Y.
