The North Country Center for Independence (NCCI) is an independent living organization dedicated to providing community services, support, and resources for individuals with disabilities and their families across Clinton, Franklin, Essex, and St. Lawrence counties in New York. Run by individuals with disabilities, NCCI aims to promote better policies and enhance community understanding of disability issues.
