Visiting Nurse Association is a 104-year-old home health agency caring for people of all ages groups. Based in Colchester, Vt., the health agency offers services to groups, including from critically ill children to vulnerable families to adults who need rehabilitation, long-term care, adult day services or end-of-life care, to name a few. Visiting Nurse Association provides medically- necessary home and community-based care to individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay. The health agency serves over 5,000 individuals and families each year. It serves in various counties, such as Alburgh, Grand Isle, North Hero, Westford, Bolton, Hinesburg, Richmond and Williston, among others.

Established in 1966, JCEO of Clinton & Franklin Counties is a private, nonprofit human service agency that serves the residents of Clinton and Franklin Counties in New York. It has 12 community outreach and 10 Head Start centers. The agency is governed by a more than 15-member board of directors, consisting of six members each from the private, public and consumer sectors of the local community.
