Warm country Bed and Breakfast right off of the 490 (exit 47) and the thruway. We are 30 minutes from the Rochester airport and 45 minutes from the Buffalo airport. We have 4 beautiful rooms with a full bath in every room and an additional on off of the common room. We have a dining area and everyone has access to the refrigerator, microwave, Keurig. A full breakfast is included in the price.

Lori and Pete are wonderful hosts, their BnB is lovely, and the meals at their diner in downtown LeRoy are delicious. We look forward to returning! Debbie and John
