Nic Rathert, NP

Lauren Bishop, MD is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Bishop received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University before earning her medical degree at Ross University. She continued her medical training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Georgetown University and Medstar Washington Hospital Center, where she led medical student education in her chief year. During this time she was awarded the Georgetown University Hospital S.P.I.R.I.T award for demonstrating compassion and commitment to patient care. She then completed her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Bishop is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and Society for Reproductive Investigation. She has published on diminished ovarian reserve and assisted reproductive technology in peer reviewed journals, and has presented her research at national and international conferences. Dr. Bishop is devoted to helping couples achieve their dreams of completing their family. She offers of full range of fertility treatments including ovulation induction, IVF, oocyte and sperm donation, and preimplantation genetic testing. She has a special interest in fertility preservation, and patients with diminished ovarian reserve, endometriosis, and ovulatory disorders. Dr. Bishop firmly believes in a patient centered model of care, and personalizes each treatment plan to her patients’ unique needs.

Florence Bull is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health. With a distinguished career spanning both the UK and the US, Florence began as a registered nurse in the United Kingdom, where she earned a first-class honors degree in nursing and initially worked at Oxford University Hospital in an inpatient setting. She later broadened her expertise by transitioning to the emergency room at King's College Hospital London. Driven by a passion for women's health, Florence transitioned to a nurse-led family planning clinic in South London, where she deepened her knowledge in the field. She then pursued a postgraduate certificate in primary care from City University of London while simultaneously providing women's health services in a diverse primary care practice in East London. After relocating to New York, Florence took on a managerial role at a fertility clinic before earning her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Drawing on her years of diverse clinical experience, Florence is committed to advancing women's health through compassionate and innovative care.

As a graduate of Columbia University’s School of Nursing, Ms. Gross began working as a registered nurse caring for patients in a Neurological/Neurosurgical inpatient stepdown unit at the New York Presbyterian Millstein campus, where she developed a passion for the neurological patient population. She then completed her Masters of Nursing degree at Columbia University School of Nursing and became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011 from the ANCC. After 8 years as an inpatient RN, she was recruited to be the nurse practitioner for the Columbia University Headache Center, joining in July 2014. Currently, in collaboration with attending physicians, she manages chronic headache and facial pain disorders in the outpatient setting. She is actively involved in clinical research trials for the development of new headache treatments. She functions as a liaison for the patients, helping them navigate their care amongst various members of our multidisciplinary team and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
