The Niagara Post Theater in Silver Creek, NY is a historic venue that is being revitalized through private public partnerships and community support. With the goal of bringing entertainment and educational opportunities to the Niagara Western New York region, the theater is undergoing phased renovations to restore its Victorian theater staging design and create new public areas for access to the theater. Constructed in 1931, the Niagara Post Theater was originally built by the United States Government as a place for soldiers and their families to enjoy movies. With its excellent acoustics and unique Art Deco Victorian fusion design, the theater is being re-engineered and remediated to support quality live theater productions, films, concerts, recitals, festivals, and rental space.
