Pierre F. Saldinger, MD, FACS is the Senior Vice President of Perioperative Services at NewYork-Presbyterian. and Attending physician at NewYork- Presbyterian Queens. He is also a professor of Clinical Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Saldingerjoins NYP from NewYork-Presbyterian Queens where he serves as Chairman of the Department ofSurgery and Surgeon-in-Chief. He completed his residency inGeneral Surgery at Beth Israel Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and clinical fellowship in hepatobiliarysurgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
