The New York Structural Biology Center is a corporation governed by a Board representing more than 10 institutional members, including the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, City University of New York, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. It conducts research in the fields of structural genomics and proteomics. The center maintains a more than 22,000-square-foot renovated building that features high-field magnets and a phase II area that accommodates magnets, laboratories, computers, and office and classroom space. The New York Structural Biology Center additionally hosts several seminars and courses related to science and biochemistry. It is located in New York City.
