My hope is that you will feel supported, heard, understood, and obtain the necessary coping skills to help you through this journey called life, by providing you with a safe and comfortable environment and my use of various therapeutic techniques. I currently accept Cigna and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and can work with you on Out of Network benefits for other insurances. I also have sliding scale fees, and will be willing to work with you on a fee that is both fair and affordable. Weeknight and weekend appointments are available.
