had appointment at 12pm to renew my license (application said I needed to come in for new photo) checked in at 11:40, called at 12:00 out at 12:05pm! e1 courteous and professional!

If you're doing a transaction here, definitely make an online reservation. You pretty much skip the outside line when you get there. I was there to renew my license and was out in less than 30...
