Gym is good but four stars instead of five because the front staff is very unprofessional you say good morning or have a good day and they don't reply.

Nysc in Rego park is one the worst gym in ny. The staff is rude. The general manager doesn't know what he doing. The equipment is always broken. Don't waist your time and money

Great community and nice vibe. In general, it's great that there are so many squat racks as they are versatile and can be used for a wide range of exercises, so it's easy to get in a good workout....
