A cozy and quiet neighborhood library that has two tables set aside for laptop pluggings, and several shared tables. It is popular with tweens and teenagers, so noise levels vary. If you sit...

This is a beautiful library. I am glad that kids in the neighborhood have this place. With that said, yes noise levels vary. If you need quiet time, go during school hours. :)
