They never showed up. I heard that their service was bad but I figured maybe things change by now. I was wrong. If you want to get to your destination do not call new experience car service.

Worst company ever. I call them and they never show up. I end up calling Uber. The lady who picks up the phone is rude as hell and every time I called she hangs up on me or place me on hold
