This placer is now called Empire 1 but its the same address. I haven't been to this place in over year, when it was still New Empire & they sold Sushi as well. The service and food was horrible...

Fries came soggy and extremely salty. Chicken nuggets were stale and salty as well. Shrimp with broccoli was not great either. No free fortune cookie or soda. Overall bad experience.
