I gave them a month from the date it says shipped to today. I ordered a high ticket item at a discount (a Dyson without the original box). I tried emailing and I tried calling. They do not accept...

Scumbags!!! charged my CC and emailed me twice (after I inquired) stating the order has shipped. Now they say the order does not exist so it cannot be tracked. Tracked...what a joke. They never...

They are horrible!!!!! Their policy states you can cancel an item as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. The same day I placed my order I found something I liked better and tried to contact them...
