History

From very modest beginnings in my house the business expanded and moved twice to more upgraded locations from Flatbush to the now hip area of Williamsburg. Meetings can take place in one of two state of the art conference rooms.

Specialties

We prepare all type of business tax returns from Corporate for a small mom and pop business, such as Form 1120 and 1120-S to Partnership returns, Form 1065, with many partners. We also help non profits with all their annual filings and if necessary can prepare the associated review or audit in order to comply with New York requirements. If a business need we can do the internal bookkeeping from nuts to bolts including data entry and monthly bank reconciliation. Or if a business is more sophisticated and is already using Quickbooks we can review the reports generated to make sure that everything is posted correctly to the proper account.
