Near Westside Neighborhood

The Near Westside Neighborhood Association (NWNA) is a non-profit organization based in Elmira, NY, dedicated to preserving and revitalizing the historic Richardson-Kennedy building. They are currently seeking bids for Phase I of the Richardson-Kennedy Preservation Project, which includes roofing, masonry, carpentry, demolition, asbestos abatement, and site restoration.

As a recipient of a grant from the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, NWNA is committed to encouraging the participation of minority and women-owned business enterprises (M/WBE) in their state-funded projects.
