Worst customer service ever.... They take your payment seven days before the due date and when you pay off, they can't stop it and then they want to cut you a check they could take up to 20 days...

My business account was closed for no reason given after I paid for new checks. Tried many times to get answers and nobody would explain and wasted my money on new checks and never did get the...

I bank with NBT. No major problems other than--My gripe is how they took three bank physical locations, made them one location and took out half the parking spaces. Aren't you people good with math?

This bank is horrible. They switched out their payment models without notifying their customers, and their new payment services require ridiculous fees in order to post from any sort of account...
