We graduated from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in January 2013. After working in a local spa for a month, Crystal and Chad decided that the spa life was not for them and wanted to open a buisness where clients could find a therapist that cares about what they are going through and works to help them achieve wellbeing through massage.

We specialize in Massage and Bodywork. Whether you are looking for relaxation or pain management we have many differnt modalities and tailor the perfect massage to fit your needs. We also offer couples massage, hot stone, and Young Living Raindrop Technique. We have two offices, one in Albany NY located within Heartspace Yoga (747 Madison Ave) and our home office in Mechanicville NY (90 William St.) We offer 30,60,90 and 120 minute sessions.
