The AIDS Resource Foundation for Children, located in Newark, NJ, has been a leading provider of comprehensive family-centered services for over 30 years, focusing on individuals, families, and children affected by HIV/AIDS and other related social and health issues. As the largest HIV/AIDS housing provider in New Jersey, the foundation operates various innovative programs, including the only licensed pediatric transitional care home in the state and multiple transitional housing initiatives for youth and women impacted by HIV/AIDS. Among its notable accomplishments, the foundation opened the first home in the U.S. for HIV-positive babies and launched the first afterschool program dedicated specifically to youth affected by HIV/AIDS.
