Nathan's Famous

Nathan s Famous began as a nickel hot dog stand in 1916 and now sells beef hot dogs, krinkle-cut french fries, hot dog nuggets, hamburgers, lemonade and breakfast sandwiches. The company offers products through fast food restaurants and distributes them through domestic restaurant systems, branded product programs and retail licensing activities. Its branded product program provides for the sale of Nathan s signature products in more than 7,700 food-service locations nationwide. Nathan s products are also featured in over 7,000 supermarkets and club stores throughout the United States and are being marketed on television by QVC. The restaurant s products are sold at several venues, such as airports, hotels, sports arenas, convention centers, colleges and convenience stores. Nathan s Famous restaurant system consists of more than 350 franchised or licensed units in over 10 foreign countries and approximately 40 U.S. states. It owns the Kenny Rogers Roasters brand. Nathan s Famous has several locations in Brooklyn, N.Y.
