Worst bus in the whole city , mta should be ashamed of themselves . Pathetic I'd call to complain but everybody in the mta office has their thumbs up each other's ass .. q16 horrible 0 stars!!!!!

Q16 on weekends always not coming, instead of every twenty minutes, it comes every 40 minutes and it gets to be a frequent habit now. I can't even find a place to complain to mta
