Dirty and often smell like urine.. Machines are often broken. No customer service staff available for assistance and not safe at all!!!!

Used to commute north via Marble Hill (#1 train from UWS to there, then north) for years. Long, cold/hot waits,uncomfortable walk up and down stairs from street to platform. Nothing special.
