I'm giving it four stars only because I frequently use this line in poor weather. It makes all my favorite stops. Slow as molasses most of the time. I'm usually carrying groceries etc. so waiting...

At least four times every month when I take this bus, it does not stop at my stop. These drivers need to be audited. However, when they do stop at my stop, the route is quite reliable.
