Absolutely horrendous customer service. I was the only person in line at the Victor branch. The tellers ignored me as they counted cash and waited on drive through customers. Left after 10 minutes.

I have never been treated by a bank as I have been treated by the Victor branch of M&T. Mistake after mistake, trip after trip to try to correct mistake. Very poor customer service.
