In 2004 owner Ray Ray Adams started using an old family recipe to make Christmas cake. As usual she would share this cake with friends and received great review along with requests to make more cake. Then she started baking for friends and realized that there was demand for her cake. During the summer time Ray Ray would help neighbors to prepare Caribbean food for barbecues and other 'get togethers'. She incorporated Ms. Macs West Indian Foods in 2015 and has been operating since.
Specialties
Our business specializes in Caribbean cuisine. Our corporate lunch box includes choices such as rice and peas, jerk chicken, curried chicken, brown stew chicken and yellow rice. Our signature item is a West Indian style liqueur infused Fruit Cake available all year round but especially popular during the holiday season.
