Genuinely one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. They have no idea what they're doing. DO NOT go to the Russian woman here, she is extremely poor at understanding what you are asking for.

Nothing fantastic about this place but at least they take credit cards and they gave me a decent haircut for the price, $30. I walked in on a Monday afternoon, no wait.
