Mountain Thyme Training, located in Central New York's horse country, offers lessons and training for both horse and driver under the expertise of Jillian. Specializing in combined driving and pleasure driving, she focuses on correct techniques and safety using various training methods, including long lining and driven dressage.

Jillian is notably the only carriage driving professional in New York State to hold a bronze medal from the American Driving Society for driven dressage, and is close to achieving her silver.
