Great new location! Very clean, elegant and delicious selection of teas: cold, boba, hot and more! I ordered the Cheese-foam Peach Oolong Tea (hot), and loved it! Definitely a great spot to read...

I came for their grand opening. They are offering free drinks to the first 100 customers until 11/24. As an azn, I can't pass up anything free esp if it's Boba lol. This is their flagship location...

They are open! Came in the afternoon and the large space was entirely empty aside from the one staff on site. Black Grape Tea is still my go-to drink and am excited to come back for seconds :)
