Moe's isn't awful (how's that for an opening line?), but it also isn't anything special. I bet they could change the name of this place to "Meh's," and no one would bat an eyelash. It's dismal...

Dirtiest restaurant I have eaten at in years. Absolutely filthy. The hanging lights are covered in dust sitting on the grease that has never been cleaned off. The walls have crud all over them....
