This more of an issue of request something and getting a lot of verbal feedback. Also extremely long wait time with only two patients. If it's an urgent care the wait should be 25 mins at most not...

Very clean and updated establishment. The staff are all very nice and welcoming, I was seen within minutes of arriving, you make your own profile at one of their kios and you get sent to a room...

I highly recommend this urgent care ... Words can't explain how respectful they are from when you step foot. In this place, the front desk staff was amazing entering the back office into a room...
