The reviews are true. This place is awful. It took 5 months before they came to actually install the shades. Always plenty of excuses. 1st red flag. 2nd when one we chose appropriate for a bedroom...

Lied to about quote and estimated time to finish, after putting down deposit they do not even pick up the phone anymore. SCAMMERS, beware this shady chinese company!
