It's a typical NYC landlord. But also wouldn't want them to be my landlords again. Very difficult to have clear communication. Good practice in NYC-- just Make sure you document everything in writing.

They are the worst management company ever !!! The mailboxes are always full so you can't leave a message . The portal that tenants are suppose to use so they don't have to speak with us does not...
