Louis Kelter was elevated to the grade of Fellow by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers ( ASHRAE ) in 1995 and was elected President of the College of Fellows in 2002. Mr. Kelter was Chairman of the ASHRAE committee that rewrote the chapter on "Museums, Libraries, and Archives" for the 1999 Applications Handbook.
