They fried (machine dried) the faux fur collar on my $300 parka jacket. They assured me that they would follow the (clearly laid out) care instructions that were on the tag. Poor communication....

A follow up to the post below: Dropped off 18 lbs of laundry on Tuesday AM, picked up maybe 12 lbs. Went back to recover items and was simply told repeatedly "it said you already picked up"....
