History

Mini Ivy's philosophy is enshrined in the concept that students should excel academically regardless of their level or past obstacles. Therefore, small classes, affordable tuition, and great teachers are the hallmark of this establishment. The school has a multi-level approach in its quest to address the academic, social and emotional needs of its students, community and society at large. For example, the school offers many test preparation classes throughout the year as well as during the summer session. There are also homework help, after-school and summer writing classes and one-on-one tutoring on a multitude of subjects. All subjects are taught by highly qualified teachers who have many years of experience teaching the content in addition to the testing strategies that are essential in achieving a top score. Mini Ivy offers high quality Common Core statewide group classes up to 8th grade (SHSAT) throughout the school year as well as academic summer camps. We also have afterschool homework help program working with schools in the surrounding area. Free pickup from the following schools: PS 153, 206, 209, 234, 254, 255. Home drop-off service also available. Caring and responsible teachers and tutors will guide your child to where he needs to be, either to catch up in school or to get ahead.
