Love this gym the staff are friendly. It is the cleanest gym I've ever been to the equipment is great constantly being upgraded absolutely love it.

Founded in 1973, Mike Arteaga's Health and Fitness Centers is one of the leading fitness centers in the United States. It has more than 100 cardiovascular machines, including treadmills and lifecycles. The center offers back and neck programs for people suffering from chronic back and neck pain. It also provides pool and body training classes. Mike Arteaga's Health and Fitness Centers is equipped with personal viewing screens and over 70 MedX machines. It additionally features a cardiovascular theater, swimming pool, and basketball and racquetball courts. The center has a boxing room with heavy, speed and double-ended bags. Its a nice facility and staff are helpful, but very disappointed in the lack of towel service.

Really good amenities and clean atmosphere. The classes are fun and they have equipment that I have not seen in the area.
