i lovie this space! It's great daylight that is hard to find in the city. The owner i very nice and it works great for video too. I would recomend!

As the other reviews stated, he is very unprofessional. He likes to make up fees on the spot and try to pass them for peerspace policy. Please save your money and look else where. Bad business...
