Dr. Michele Haughton obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY College of Geneseo and earned her medical degree at Downstate Medical Center. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center / Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Haughton enjoys caring for women throughout their entire pregnancy. Her practice focuses on preventative care and HPV testing, common gynecologic problems like cervical dysplasia, and menopause care. She enjoys teaching medical students and training our next generation of physicians.Dr. Michele Haughton is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She is trained in caring for patients with all types of pregnancies and performs gynecologic surgery cases in a diverse population. Prior to joining Weill Cornell Medicine, Dr. Haughton worked at SUNY Downstate Medical Center as a Clinical Assistant Professor. While there, she held leadership roles in teaching medical students and residents. She has been published in the Journal of Clinical Ultrasound and the Journal of Ultrasound Medicine Dr. Michele Haughton is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She received her undergraduate degree at SUNY College of Geneseo and medical degree at Downstate Medical Center. She completed her residency of Obstetrics and Gynecology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center/ Kings County Hospital Center. Dr. Haughton joined New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medicine in 2018 as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
