History

We worked at a few local spas for 3 years and then taught many modalities of massage therapy, Hydrotherapy, and Essential Oils at the Finger Lakes School of Massage for 4 years.

We always listen to your needs so you can get the most pain relief, relaxation, and stress relief from your session. We will try to find the causes of your dis-ease and use appropriate Massage Therapy treatments, including Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Connective Tissue Massage, Hydrotherapy, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, and Craniosacral. We love helping people find balance and health in their bodies and in their lives through Massage Therapy and Kripalu Yoga classes.
