Went here twice and the service was horrible! The wait and attitude by the customer service reps was even worse.....Was trying to get an upgrade but ended just keeping my phone...

Great Customer service and great helpful employees at the store and also sell great phones as well as great plans with the phones and really helpful when activating your phone or account to MetroPCS
