I walked in and was surprised that it was just a counter where the owner, Shirley, would conduct the "facial" for you in front of everyone in the store. No privacy, no quiet, no relaxation....

The worst group on ever. It's not a facial, you sit in a chair and the owner talks non stop. No extractions, just a bunch of products smeared on your skin.
