Melanie Moses, MD, MPH, FACR, is an assistant professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and an assistant attending radiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. She is the associate chair of diversity, equity, and inclusion for the Department of Radiology. Dr. Moses has provided exceptional clinical care as a body imager for over twenty years. She has contributed to medical student and resident education with didactic and interactive teaching. Her publications, posters, and didactic lectures center on bowel and pelvic imaging. Dr. Moses received her undergraduate degree in the history of science from Harvard University and her medical and public health degree from Yale University. She completed her diagnostic radiology residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in abdominal imaging at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. She is dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion for patients and health care providers.

Mariya Kobi, MD, is a board-certified radiologist specializing in body imaging. She is an assistant professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and an assistant attending radiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Kobi earned her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After an internship year in internal medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, she completed her residency training at Montefiore Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. She then completed an Abdominal Imaging Fellowship, also at Montefiore Medical Center. Her clinical expertise is in multimodality abdominal imaging with a focus on gastrointestinal and genitourinary conditions. She interprets a wide range of imaging examinations including CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, and radiography. Her clinical interests are pre- and post-operative imaging of liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants and virtual colonoscopy. She has had numerous original research articles published, along with contributions to reviews and book chapters, and has given many oral presentations nationally, including at the Society of Abdominal Radiology annual meeting. She is a member of American College of Radiology (ACR), the Society of Abdominal Radiology (SAR), American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS), and the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).
