This McDonald's in north tonawanda, ny was so dirty, fries were cold and soggy. You could tell there was no supervisor here at this time.

I ordered on the McDonald's app a double cheeseburger no pickle. When I got home I found out I got a cheeseburger with pickle. Service was nice and friendly. Just couldn't get the order right

the staff here is super rude and unprofessional. they don't say anything to you, clearly don't know what's in their menu, eat behind the register, and cuss each other out in front of guests.
