As pretty as this jewelry looks, it does not hold up ... especially the gold color pieces. Customer service has not been responsive in correcting the issues even though I've contacted them...

I bought two necklaces on-line for my nieces, each with their names' on them. They are so poorly made that I would be embarrassed to give the necklaces to them. The letters are not evenly spaced...
