In operation for more than 40 years, P. Tool & Die Co. Inc. is a full-service fabricator of precision tools and stamping. Based in North Chili, N.Y., the company specializes in progressive dies, such as in-die tapping, stud insertion, gauging and die protection. It produces precision metal stampings from a variety of metals, including copper alloys, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and brass. P. Tool & Die Co. Inc. provides a gamut of services across categories, such as engineering, computer numeric control (CNC), electrical discharge machines (EDM) and prototyping. It is ISO 9002 certified.

Alry Tool & Die was founded in 1944. The company was originally a die-making facility located in a garage on Cherry Street in Buffalo, N.Y. A new Alry was born in a 3,500-square-foot building on four acres of land in Tonawanda, N.Y., in January 1955. Later, the original building was expanded by 12,320 square feet with the addition of expanded forging, die-making and shipping space. Focusing on a new direction, the second generation of ownership has added another 5,040 square feet, bringing the total to 20,860 square feet. This dedication has resulted in die production to manufacture approximately 1.5 million forgings per year for industries in defense, robotics, aircraft, marine, commercial and hand tools. As the current owners prepare for the future, the third generation is being trained and educated to carry Alry through the 21st century. Alry currently employs 32 individuals and generates sales of approximately $3 million per year.

Established in 1981, Universal Tooling Corporation designs and builds quality plastic injection molds, die cast dies, blow molds and does production machining. It has a wide range of in-house capabilities and serves a wide variety of industries, including automotive, toy, electrical, medical and food industries. The company specializes in the design and construction of thermoplastic injection molds, compression molds, die casting dies and blow molds. It is ISO 9001:2000 certified and offers multi-cavity molds to single cavity tooling. Universal Tooling Corporation offers electrode design and machining, machining any shape, including complex 3D shapes with close tolerances and secondary machining of castings, among others.
