I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of NY. I have worked in the mental health field for over 16 years, specializing in working with women who have suffered some trauma. I am skilled in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My business has evolved to working more towards Life and Empowerment Coaching allowing me to live out my own passions while helping you to achieve yours.
