History
I have had my own practice since 2009 and continue to develop new skills. Most recently, Sept., 2015, I have started teaching Reflexology in NYC and the Berkshires and have been incorporating this into my business. Prior to that, I have been in the Physical Therapy field for 26 years.
Specialties
I specialize in therapeutic massage which includes medical massage and deep tissue, Swedish massage for relaxation (including neck tension & headache relief). Pregnancy massage, post and prenatal with a special table to accommodate lying face down! Reflexology with focus on the feet. Reflexology is an art & science that is based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet that correspond to every gland, organ and part of the body. I love what I do and enjoy being part of my clients health and overall well-being.
