The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is an organization dedicated to serving Freemasonry, the country, and the world, with its origins tracing back to the aftermath of World War I. Formed by Grand Masters in 1918, MSA aims to provide services to Grand Lodges that they may not be able to perform individually.

MSA is recognized for its disaster relief efforts, having issued its first appeal in 1923, and has become a trusted Masonic group that forwards aid globally in times of crisis. Additionally, the organization supports military veterans through its Hospital Visitation Program, which includes approximately 180 Hospital Representatives and volunteers at various VA Medical Centers across the United States.
